Kristian has 7 years of experience from the legal tech industry. With a degree in International business law and a Master in Tech and Business Law Kristian built one of the leading legal tech pioneers in Denmark, spearheading product development and innovation.

Oscar Almstrup

Country Director Denmark. Oscar has 8 years of commercial leadership experience as a founder of one of Denmark’s leading LegalTech platforms. With a commitment to innovation and excellence, Oscar holds dual LL.M degrees in Science & Technology from University of California and University of Copenhagen.

Erik Nordqvist, CFO

Erik Nordqvist joined Lexly as CFO in September 2023. He brings a long list of experiences from consulting and scale-up companies in various industries. He joined recently from Netigate, a B2B SaaS company focusing on Experience Management where he served as CFO. 

His focus on driving a metrics-driven organization and operational excellence has supported stronger understanding of core metrics, improved processes and subsequently higher precision in decision making. His commercial and strategic thinking has helped connect operational activities to financial results. 

Erik spent 5 years in the U.S. where he received his B.Sc. in Economics and MBA while playing collegiate-level ice hockey.

Erik Nordenborg

Country Director Norway. Erik has 12 years of experience from both the Legal-tech and Financial industry. His background lies within Sales, Business Development and Project Management. Lexly’s tagline “Law made easy” speaks well with Erik’s own service minded passion and driving force of making complicated matters easy, efficient and understandable.

Jonas Ramstedt

Country Director Sweden. Jonas has long experience from international companies within bank & finance, tech and outsourcing services. Recently as Managing Director for Ropo Capital in Sweden, a tech company within Invoice management. Jonas is known to be a sales and growth oriented leader with focus on delivering profitable growth.
